Poster session of 6-8 posters in 30 minutes

The Poster Walks are scheduled on Thursday 18 March 2021 at 13:30 (3 parallel sessions, PW1 – PW3) and on Friday 19 March 2021 at 13:30 (3 parallel sessions, PW4 – PW6). Please check the full program here.

The upload link for the posters will be send to you by the BVK-SBP Support team of Mediaventures.
Please prepare your digital poster according to the following guidelines:

• File format: PDF
• Dimensions: portrait A0, 841x1189px
• Export: highest resolution possible
• Name your file: TITLE – NAME PRESENTING AUTHOR

Your presentation, should be no longer than 3 minutes, allowing 1 minute to answer a question. The moderator will share your poster on his screen, while you are presenting from your own computer at home or office. All participants will be in one zoom meeting and can ask questions afterwards. Your presentation must be in English

Posters will be displayed on a dedicated online poster area during the entire duration of the congress and will remain available after the congress.

Significant prizes will be awarded to the best Poster Walk Presentations.

Important: In order to be allowed to display and present your poster, you need to be registered for the meeting.
