SHORT ORAL PRESENTATION
The Poster Presentation sessions will be pre-recorded remotely before the congress. You will be presenting from your own computer at home or office.
Our technical partner Mediaventures will get in touch with you to schedule a time for recording the session. You will receive an upload link to upload your presentation, please upload your presentation a day before the recording the latest.
With regards to your presentation, please make sure you meet the following requirements:
- Powerpoint presentation (no apple keynote)
- Size 16:9
- Name your file with your name and session title
- No longer than 5 minutes, maximum 1 question allowed (max. 5’ + 1’)
- Maximum 5 slides
- Presentation in English
The short oral Poster presentations are scheduled in the program on Thursday 18 March 2021 (SO1 and SO2) and on Friday 19 March 2020 (SO3) in different sessions. We kindly ask you to be live during this session for Q&A. Please find the detailed program here.
Posters will be displayed on a dedicated online poster area during the entire duration of the congress and will remain available after the congress. The first author can be contacted during and after the congress for questions. Please prepare your digital poster according to the following guidelines:
- File format: PDF
- Dimensions: portrait A0, 841x1189px
- Export: highest resolution possible
- Name your file: TITLE – NAME PRESENTING AUTHOR
Significant prizes will be awarded to the best Short Oral Poster Presentations.
Important: In order to be allowed to display and present your poster, you need to be registered for the meeting.
