Long oral presentation

Long oral presentation of 10 minutes per poster.


You will be presenting your session live from your own computer at home or office. Our technical partner Mediaventures will get in touch with you to schedule a session to test your settings such as internet connection, light, sound and camera. They will also explain how the speaker platform of the virtual congress works.


The Long Oral Presentations are scheduled on Thursday 18 March (LO1) and on Friday 19 March (LO2) at 14:00.
Please find the detailed program online with the schedule of your talk. 


We ask you to upload your presentation on Wednesday 17 March 2021 the latest. You will receive an upload link closer to the congress. With regards to your presentation, please make sure you meet the following requirements:

  • Powerpoint presentation (no apple keynote)
  • Size 16:9
  • Name your file with your name and session title
  • No longer than 10 minutes, allowing 3 minutes for 2 questions (max. 10’ + 3’)
  • Maximum of 10 slides
  • Presentation in English

Please make sure you are online at least 30 minutes before the start of your session.

Posters will be displayed on a dedicated online poster area during the entire duration of the congress and will remain available after the congress. The first author can be contacted for questions during and after the congress.

The upload link for the posters will be send to you by our support team of Mediaventures, please prepare your digital poster according to the following guidelines:

  • File format: PDF
  • Dimensions: portrait A0, 841x1189px
  • Export: highest resolution possible
  • Name your file: TITLE – NAME PRESENTING AUTHOR

 

Significant prizes will be awarded to the best Oral Abstract Presentations.

: In order to be allowed to display and present your poster, you need to be registered for the meeting.
